Cooking to me is like what a canvas is to a painter – an art form arising from the creativity deep within, urging me to give every dish a new hue and perspective. I love to keep my creations simple which can then be understood by the maximum. Combining best of tradition with a touch of relevance using freshest local ingredients. Back it up with the science of creating that art. The end result of this experience has to be nirvana (extreme stage of attaining happiness; free from the cycle of births and deaths).
